Alan Steven Kirchner

Alan Steven Kirchner, 53, of Hensley went to be with the Lord May 6th, 2015. He was born Sept. 1st, 1961 to James and Mary Ellen Kirchner. Alan was a carpenter, handyman extraordinaire and fixer of all things broken. He loved to fish and shared that love with anyone that cared to join in. He was a loving Dad and Paw Paw always there when his daughter and grandkids needed him. He was preceded in death by his father, James George Kirchner and daughter, Monie Michelle Kirchner. Survivors, daughter, Kacey Kirchner, mother, Mary Ellen Kirchner, sister, Jeanie Sharkey (sons, JW and Chris), brother, Tim (Wilma) Kirchner (daughter, Kristin, son-in-law, Brad) sister, Brenda Sturgeon (daughters, Jessica and Allysa) and brother, Matt (Lori) Kirchner (sons, Alex and Zach), four grandchildren and a host of relatives and friend. Cremation through Ashbys in Benton, Rosary will be at 6 p.m. May 12th at St. Theresa's, memorial service will be May 13th at Burns Park Hospitality House 1 to 3:30 p.m.
