James T Shaw

James T. Shaw (Jim) of Fort Smith, born April 9, 1929 passed Saturday, May 9, 2015. As an experienced floor covering and appliance salesman, Jim charmed all who knew him. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and he himself was often charmed by nature and the animals which he encountered. He was preceded in death by his son, James Richard Shaw of San Antonio, Texas. Jim's two great grandchildren will miss knowing him. He is survived by wife, Margie; daughter, Toni (Joe) Holbrook, daughter, Lisa Woolk, daughter-in-law, Alma (Don) Flynn and four grandchildren, Lauren (Carlos) Holbrook Quezada, Heston Holbrook, Bronson Holbrook and Aston Shaw. Arrangement under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren no formal service will be held at this time.
