William Forrest Braddock

William Forrest Braddock, May 22, 2008 – May 10, 2015. William Forrest Braddock was granted his angel wings on May 10, 2015, following a journey with Batten Disease. William's life and struggle touched many people and was a lesson in love, hope and faith. His smile could melt the hearts of those around him and though he never spoke a word, his voice and thoughts could always be heard. With William's passing, we remind others that his life is one to be celebrated. Although we will miss him every day, especially his infectious smile, he will forever remain in our hearts. William is survived by his loving parents, Jason and Braley Braddock of Bryant Arkansas; sister, Addison Braddock; paternal grandparents, John and Olivia Braddock of Benton, Arkansas; paternal grandmother, Shirley Catlett of Columbus, Mississippi; uncle, Marcus Braddock of Columbus, Mississippi; aunt, Lynda Fier (Kenny) and cousins, Audrey, Ellyn and Olivia Fier of Benton, Arkansas. Maternal grandparents are Dan and Gwen Cotton of Macon, Mississippi; uncle, Bill Cotton (Kate) and cousin, Harper Cotton of Bonne Terre, Missouri. A visitation is to be held at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home, Bryant, Arkansas, on Wednesday, May 13 from 6 to 9 p.m. Also, a visitation will be held in Macon, Mississippi, on Friday, May 15 from 12 to 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church with the funeral service following in the sanctuary at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please help us in supporting the fight against Batten Disease by donating to the BDSRA - Batten Disease Support Research Association at www.bdsra.org/donate or by mail to BDSRA, 1175 Dublin Road, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
