Myra Nelle Adams

Myra Nelle Lee Adams, 78, of Little Rock went to be with her family in Heaven on May 10, 2015. She was born to Robert and Lucielle Lee on August 21, 1936 in Russellville, Ark. She grew up in Louisville, Ky. and Little Rock, Ark. She graduated from Central High School in 1954. She worked in Human Resources at Westinghouse Electric and Phillips Lighting for 40 years. Myra was a long-time member of First Church of the Nazarene in Little Rock. She dearly loved her family – Scott Adams (Kay) of North Little Rock and Robert Adams (Dawn) of Little Rock,and five grandchildren: Abby Adams, Daniel Adams, Colin Adams, Luke Adams, and Claire Adams; a special niece, Suzanne Kellar; and numerous other family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Adams, of 53 years; her parents; and her sister, Camelia Kellar. A celebration of Myra's life will be held at 6 p.m., Friday, May 15, 2015 at First Church of the Nazarene, 1200 N Mississippi St, Little Rock, AR 72207, (501)225-6632.The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00 P.M. before the service.
