Tollie Ruth Bradford

Tollie Ruth Bradford, 93, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, died Thursday, May 14, 2015, in Baptist Hospital in Little Rock. She was born September 14, 1921, in Pine Bluff to T. C. and Mary Frances Hunter Holtzclaw. She was reared and educated in Pine Bluff, graduating from Pine Bluff High School. She had worked for 32 years at the Pine Bluff Arsenal, before retiring in 1973, as a Purchasing Agent. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Pine Bluff. She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Bradford, Jr., whom she married in September 14, 1951, in Grapevine; daughter, Rebecca Anne Bradford; her parents; brothers, Paul and Frank Holtzclaw. Survivors include a son, James C. "Jim" Bradford of Springdale; a daughter, Barbara J. Henson (Garry) of Pine Bluff; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m., Sunday at Robinson's. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Monday, May 18, 2015, Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Reverend Kenneth Thornton officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
