Horace Eugene High, 93, of Topeka, Kan., formerly of Bastrop, La., died Friday, May 15, 2015 in Topeka. He was born June 11, 1921. Funeral services will be at 9 a.m., Tuesday, May 19 at the Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home, Inc.., Monticello, Ark. Burial will be at the Flat Creek Cemetery in Fountain Hill.
