Joyce Marie Smith, 73, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas died Saturday, May 16, 2015 in Springdale. She was born December 4, 1941 in Yuma, Arizona the daughter of William Foster Kelsey and Elizabeth Vickery Kelsey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Smith, Sr. and a son, Charles Ratledge. Survivors include her daughters, Diona Hixson of Siloam Springs, Ark., Catherine Smith of Siloam Springs, Ark.; stepson, Jerry Lynn Smith of Decatur, Ark.; stepdaughter, Vanessa Willis of Hugoton, Kansas; siblings, W. H. Kelsey of Yuma, Ariz., John Kelsey of Washington, Janie Franks of Yuma, Ariz., Glenda Sullins of Gentry, Ark.; 20 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
