Willie Theodore Dutcher, Jr.

Mr. Willie Theodore Dutcher, Jr., 69, passed away, Monday, May 18, 2015. He was born and raised in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents Willie T. Dutcher, Sr. and Florine Dutcher; his brother, Johnnie Dutcher and his nephew Artie C. Dutcher, Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory the love of his life Jeanne Baltz; one son, Jason Dutcher; two step-sons Michael Baltz and Kevin Baltz (Liz); one brother, Artie C. Dutcher, Sr. (Joice); three sisters Emma J. Weems (Eddie), Rose Franklin (A.D.), and Barbara Hardman (Lee); a host of other relatives and friends. The service will begin at 2 p.m., Friday, May 22, 2015 at the P.K. Miller Mortuary at 204 East Second Avenue, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The interment will follow at the Graceland Cemetery.
