Russell Wayne Garrett

Russell Wayne Garrett, 64 of Paron, went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 20, 2015. He was born January 13, 1951 in Paron to Millard and Alline Garrett. Russell was a deacon at the North Fork Missionary Baptist Church in Paron and was retired from Alcoa. Russell was preceded in death by his parents and grandsons, Grant and Chase Garrett. He is survived by his loving wife, Renee Garrett, son, Corey (Kami) Garrett and his best buddy, grandson, Layton Garrett, all of Benton, brothers, Dillard and Lonnie Garrett both of Benton, his uncle Bill Willis of Bakersfield, CA and aunt Margie Willis of Benton. He leaves behind many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. Chapel services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 10 a.m. Saturday with burial to follow at Bolin Cemetery.
