John "Jack" D. Finnegan III

John "Jack" D. Finnegan III, 74, North Little Rock, died peacefully at home with his wife by his side. Jack was born August 28, 1940 to the late John Sr. and Mary Black Finnegan in Little Rock, Ark. Jack is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Shelby (Dodd) Finnegan; two daughters; Angie Griffin (Charles) North Little Rock and Denise Smith of Rose City; one son: Jimmy L. Tucker (Hope) of Damascus; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; three brothers: Bill (Katherine), Mike (Joan) and Bobby Finnegan; two sisters: Susan Wedding (Ron) and Peggy Pang.
