Holla Mae Moore, 98, of Conway, formerly of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord Saturday, May 23, 2015. She was born Nov. 5, 1916 in Hampton, Ark. to the late Joe and Nellie Tucker Stringfellow, the oldest of eight children. Holla Mae was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Moore; brothers, Ben and Grady Stringfellow; and three sisters: Irma Brecht, Clovis Gustafson, and Betty Jo Rowland. Holla Mae was a homemaker and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock for over 50 years. She served as a volunteer at the Church library for over 25 years. Holla Mae enjoyed gardening, reading, traveling, and most of all, spending time with her family. Holla Mae is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Hill (Walter) of Conway; two sons, Ken Moore of Keller, Texas and Mike Moore (Trisha) of Conway; sister, Janice McGough of Calion, Ark.; brother, Gene Stringfellow (Jean) of Hampton, Ark.; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, May 25, 2015 at Oakland Cemetery in Clarksville, Ark. under the direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, (501) 327-7727.
