Kenneth Hudson Smith

KENNETH HUDSON SMITH, 84, of Little Rock, passed away May 24, 2015. Born June 30, 1930 in Camden, Arkansas to Eldred H. and Ruby Ingle Smith, he was a member of Calvary Baptist Church for 44 years where he served as a Deacon. Kenneth retired from the Employment Security Division as a field supervisor after 30 years of service. Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his wife of 57 years, Patricia Langley Smith; three sons, Kenneth (Lynda) of Greenwood, Keith of Benton and Stephen of Little Rock; four grandchildren, Sam and Sarabeth Smith, Angela Perkins and Sabrina Wangler; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be this evening, Tuesday, May 26 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Road). Services will be Wednesday, May 27 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Ed Simpson. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
