David Ott Mikel

David Ott Mikel, age 75, of Conway, formerly of Springfield, Ark. passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2015. Mr. Mikel was born July 9, 1940 in Wichita Falls, Texas, a son to the late Roscoe D. Mikel and Ola J Due Mikel. Mr. Mikel was a retired United States Navy Veteran. He served his country many years and was a very proud soldier. Mr. Mikel is survived by two daughters: Janell Arnold and husband Michael, Nyoda Yarbrough and husband Lamar all of Georgia; step son: John Heinzerling and wife Donna of Morrilton; brother: Dan Mikel and wife Mary of Washington; sisters: Norma Guy and husband Kenny of Benton, Ark.; Janey Hukee and husband Harlan of Nevada and three grandchildren; Cameron Arnold Brandon Collins and Joseph Yarbrough. Visitation will be 6 p.m. til 8 p.m., Monday, Nov. 2, 2015 at funeral home chapel. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015 at the funeral home.
