Stanley Ward

Stanley Ward, 69, of Mabelvale, went to be with the Lord on Oct. 24, 2015 with his family by his side. He was born Sept. 11, 1946 to Irvin and Elsa Ward in Milwaukee, Wis. Stan was an Elder at Christ Church in Alexander, Ark. and was over the Men's Prayer Group. He was a mighty prayer warrior and he loved to be around his grandchildren, who loved him and will miss him dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Gary Ward and one sister, Cindy Barnes. Stan is survived by his loving wife Mary and his daughters; Roxanne Phillip) and Courtney, and one son, Justin. He will be greatly missed by his immediate family and all his church family. Celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015 at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant with Pastor George Dudley Officiating. Burial will follow at Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Ark.
