Frances Keener

Frances Keener, 89, of Sherwood, died Monday, November 2, 2015, at Sherwood Nursing and Rehab. She was born on February 20, 1926, to the late Charles and May Hayden White in Chicago, Ill. Fran was committed to serving and loving her family and friends beyond measure. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters: Gertrude, Mary and Catherine. She is survived by her husband, of 68 years, Charlie Allison Keener of Sherwood; son, Charles Wesley Keener (Marilyn) of Little Rock; daughter, Petra Mary "Petey" Choate (Rusty) of Southaven, Miss; four grandchildren: Emily Keener Johnson, Wesley Aaron Keener, Angela Nicole Burnett, Allison Marie Choate; four great-grandchildren; and one sister, Patricia Clough of Chicago, Ill. Mass of Christian burial will be at Immaculate Conception Church, 7000 John F. Kennedy Blvd, North Little Rock, Ark. 72116 at 10 a.m., Thursday, November 5, 2015. Entombment will be at Rest Hills Memorial Park following the service. Rosary and Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at the funeral home.
