Judith Ann Cate

Judith Ann Cate, 67 of Fayetteville was born January 13, 1948 and departed this life November 2, 2015 for her heavenly home and Family reunion. She attended Trinity Temple of Fayetteville enjoyed Day Star programming and Studying the word of God. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Sherri Jaylon Smith and her parents, Leo Lester and Geneva June Bass. Her hobbies were her quilt making and enjoying her grandchildren. She loved camping and traveling. Mamaw will be greatly missed by her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, and a whole host of friends. Her yorkie puppies Toree and Isabella will be at a total loss without their Mamaw. She is survived by her husband, Roy cate of the home, one daughter, Shannon and husband, Timothy Barnhart of Springdale, one son, Johnny Brandon Smith of Fayetteville and three stepsons, Shane, Jason and Benjamin Cate all of the Fayetteville; four grandchildren, Zachary Barnhart, Dylan Barnhart and Caden Barnhart of Springdale and Greenlee Smith of Farmington; three brothers, Larry, Jerry Savage of Springdale and Chuck Savage of Tontitown; three sisters, Nellie Parker of Walnut Grove, Mo., Leola Cross and Sue Slay of Springdale. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Friday, November 6, 2015, at Trinity Fellowship Assembly of God. Burial to follow in Elm Springs Cemetery under the direction of Nelson Berna Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Zachary and Dylan Barnhart, Christian and Colt Musteen and Shane and Benjamin Cate.
