Saluda "Ms. Mae" Hooks

Saluda "Ms. Mae" Hooks, 67, of Little Rock died on Friday, November 6, 2015 in an automobile accident in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mae was born January 14, 1948 in Beebe, Arkansas to the late John Henry and Teala J. (Henson) Carrier. Mae is preceded in death by one son: Samuel Dunaway and one sister: Martha Holland. She is survived by one son: Eugene Miller and his wife Diane of Beech Mont, Ky.; and one daughter: Twolla Talley and her husband Jerry of Little Rock; six grandchildren: Terra Franks, James Stivers Jr. Nicholas Miller, Jayme Gregory and Matthew Miller and seven great-grandchild; two brothers: Jr. and Herbert Carrier of Beebe and Ward Arkansas and one sister: Minnie Staggs and husband Tony of Ward, Arkansas. Visitation will be held at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, in Beebe, Arkansas on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 from 1-2 p.m., with service directly following.
