Ruth Robinson

Ruth Beach Robinson, age 97, of Parkstone Circle, North Little Rock, passed away on November 10, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Summit, New Jersey to E.E. Beach Sr. and Elsie Zabriskie Beach. Ruth was a graduate of Sweet Briar College, Sweet Briar, Virginia. She also attended Harvard medical school and worked as a lab technician at Overlook Hospital, Summit, New Jersey area hospitals in Brooklyn, New York and American Red Cross in Little Rock, Arkansas. Later in life Ruth received various awards for her service as a volunteer at Washington Regional Hospital, Fayetteville, Arkansas. She maintained a strong interest in reading fiction and history. Ruth was a lifelong member of the Presbyterian Church. She is predeceased by her parents, siblings and her husband Lusk F. Robinson, Sr. who died in 2000. She was very close to her husband, family and friends and in her final days continued to show her interest in others. She is survived by her children Lusk F. Robinson, Jr. and his wife Linda of Beachwood, New Jersey; Helen R. McDaniel and her husband Bill of North Little Rock. She is also survived by her grandchildren Steve, Katie, Jarrett, Melissa and Veronica as well as great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A memorial Service will be held at a future date at the Fayetteville National Cemetery, Fayetteville, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers please send donations in memory of Ruth Robinson to the William F.
