Betty Lorene Bailey

Betty Lorene Bailey, age 81, of Cabot, died Thursday, November 12, 2015. She was born on March 14, 1934 in Greers Ferry, Arkansas to the late Braton Gilmore and Maggie Carroll Gilmore. Betty was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. The highlight of her life was her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; Bruce Bailey; her parents; a son, Bobby Bailey; one great grandson; and her brother, Deeper Gilmore. She is survived by her daughter, Tricha Potter, of Jacksonville; brothers, Bill Gilmore, Joe Gilmore, and Shirl Gilmore; sisters, Carolyn Boquet, Barbara Clayton, and Mary Horton; four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
