Bill J. Vincent, 85, passed away November 11, 2015. Born July 7, 1930, son of the late Claude W. & Mable Moody Vincent. United States Army Veteran. Preceded in death by wife Wanda Bullard Vincent. Survived by children, Joe Vincent (Jaynendel), Jonesboro, Ark., Linda Grant (Jim), Concord, Ark., sister, Bobbie Collard, San Angelo, Texas, three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
