CHARLES VERNON SHACKLEFORD SR., 65, of Little Rock, Ark. departed this life on Nov. 6, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father, Reverend Vernon Ray Shack; step father, George Lee Wilson; grandparents, Henry and Lucille Shackleford; grandmother, Mamie Fuller; uncles, Lewis Fuller and Charles Henry Shackleford. He leaves to cherish his memories: children, Charles Shackleford Jr., and Verniee Brooks III; mother, Barbara Jean Wilson; stepmother; Louise Shack; siblings, Veronica Shackleford Stewart, Elizabeth Shack, Virginia (Rodney) Taylor, Barbara Sue Wilson, Carolyn (Trevis) George, Sarah ( Billy) Hendrix, Frances Autry, Janet Faye Griggs, Tonya Watson, Verna Shack (Fred) Brown, Vernon Ray (Edna) Shack Jr., George (Valerie) Wilson, Roosevelt (Tamatha) Wilson, Dennis (Francine) Shack, and Darryl (Ella) Shack, and Mr. & Mrs. James Wilson; host of many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, aunts, and special, Aunt Peggy Perry.
