Esther Lola Watt, 74, of Crossett, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2015. Mrs. Watt was a native of Wilmot and a resident of Crossett for the past 40 years. She worked at Baker's Pharmacy in Crossett for a number of years and she was a member of the Unity Baptist Church. She was a Chihuahua dog breeder and an avid animal lover. She is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Johnny Watt in 2013; her parents, Calvin and Juanita Hughes Smith; two sisters, Peggy Bernice Lane and Georgianna Jernigan and a step-grandchild, Chance Watt. She is survived by two brothers, Calvin J. Smith Jr. of Maple Grove, Minn. and David L. Smith of Citrus Heights, Calif.; two step-daughters, Lisa Wheeler and husband, Mark, of Johnsville and Paula Johnson and husband, Bobby, of Denver, Colo.; six step-grandchildren, five step-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services are 10 a.m., Monday, Nov. 23, 2015 in the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kenneth Neal officiating. Burial will be in the Crossroad Cemetery.
