Welden Arthur Fredrick

Welden Arthur Fredrick, 85, of Springdale, died peacefully on November 17, 2015 at Circle of Life in Springdale. He was born September 20, 1930 in Turtle Lake, WI to Arthur and Mildred Fredrick. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Welden was an exuberant individual who lived his faith by example. He was a stranger to no one, and shared his character and joy to all who would listen. He will be greatly missed. Welden is preceded in death by his parents and first wife, Rose Ann Fredrick, and grandchild, Jack Romero. Survivors include his second wife, Fern Fredrick (Levik); his children, Doug Fredrick and wife Carmen, Jill Rockwell and husband Michael, Lee Ann Gomes and husband Thomas, Christine Romero, Kim Crozier, Jan James and husband Wade, Beth Morelli and husband Mark, and Myra House and husband Jeff. Siblings include Terry Fredrick and wife Susan, Mardell Schnell and husband John, Gloria Greschner and husband Ed. He considered his second wife, Fern's children as family also: Sharyl Seward and husband James, Patti Plumlee and husband Glen, Daryl Levik and wife Eva. He leaves behind an enormous amount of extended family and friends that will never forget the big cowboy, dreamer, husband, father, father In-law, grandfather, great grandfather, great great grandfather, brother and best friend. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Circle of Life Hospice. A private memorial will take place later.
