LEE L. COOPER, 83, of Little Rock, Ark., passed peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015. A celebration of his life will be held Monday, Nov. 30, 2015, 11 a.m., at St. Mark Baptist Church, 5722 W. 12th St., Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow with honors at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 Maryland Ave., Sherwood, Ark.
