Wanda Foley

Wanda Foley, 76, a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away September 30, 2015 in Fayetteville. She was born September 29, 1939 at Lincoln the daughter of J.P. and Irene Arnold Icenogle. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Jimmy Icenogle. Wanda was a former employee of the Banks in Lincoln and Prairie Grove for a number of years. Survivors include her husband, Era Foley of the home; one daughter, Tracey Irwin of Lincoln, Arkansas; one son, Shawn Foley of Lincoln; two sisters, Jeanie Anderson of Prairie Grove and Patty Mourning and husband Bobby of Prairie Grove. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 2 until 3 p.m. at the Luginbuel Chapel. Funeral Service will be held Monday, October 5, 2015 - 10 a.m. at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove with burial in the Prairie Grove Cemetery. Graveside services will not be held at the cemetery.
