Emma Jean Tiner

Emma Jean Tiner, age 82 of North Little Rock, passed away Oct. 1st, 2015 at Cabot Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born on June 14, 1933 in Little Rock, Ark.; she was the daughter of Hervey and Josie Etheridge. Jean was a nurse for Arkansas Pediatric Clinic and North Little Rock Pediatric Clinic for 30 years. She enjoyed ceramics, camping, her family, friends, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by Dow Tiner (husband), and her parents, and her brother James Etheridge. Survivors include David Tiner (son), Cindy Tiner (granddaughter), Cathy Tiner (granddaughter), Gavin Tiner (great grandson), Rylie Fugate (great-granddaughter), numerous nieces and nephews, three sister-in-laws, and one brother-in-law. Funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 6, 2015 at Levy Baptist Church in North Little Rock. Burial will follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
