WILLIAM F. HOWELL, 82, passed away Oct. 1, 2015. Preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Howell and a sister, Barbara Gammell, he is survived by sisters, Norma Graves of Little Rock and Mary Howell of Scott, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
