Martha Herndon

Martha Herndon, age 86, of Little Rock, departed her earthly home on Sunday, October 4, 2015 to be with her Lord. She is preceded in death by her husband: Paul Herndon, son: Charles Foster, and daughter: Eva Marie Foster. She leaves behind cherished memories to her children: David and Vicki Foster, Marty and Robert Degler, Mary-Alice Cooper, Lynn and Angela Beasley, Emily and Kelvin Watt; step-children: Rodney Herndon, Renee Herndon, and Robbie Carpenter; 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She worked in the home health care system and was a long term member of Woodlawn Baptist Church of Little Rock. Her family would like to give special thanks to the doctors and nurses of St. Vincent Hospital and Louise Bumgardner for their support and care of Martha. Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. Graveside service will be held Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 2 p.m. with Bro.
