Charles Marcus Canfield

Charles Marcus Canfield, age 79, of Benton, passed away Monday October 5, 2015. He was born April 3, 1936 in Benton. Charles was a retired bus monitor and a US Marine Corp Veteran serving in the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Louis and Ella Evelyn Bagley Canfield, wife, Marlys Ann Canfield. Survivors include daughters, Kathleen Yonts, LeeAnn Rook, and Charlotte Canfield, all of Benton; grandchildren, Steve Kendall Traylor Jr., Meleaha Mills, and Sarah Loobey, several great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. He was a loving husband and the best father you could ever want and a great friend to all.
