Carl Wayne Reams, 60, of Newport, died Monday. Survivors: son, Christopher Reams; one daughter, Tyler Elizabeth Reams; three brothers; seven sisters; granddaughter, Raynee Carley Elizabeth Reams; aunts, Betty and Bill Harris, and Jetta Hodge.
