David Earl Barnett Jr.

David Earl Barnett Jr., 85, of Beebe, was called home to be with the lord surrounded by his family on Sunday, October 11, 2015. He was born March 17, 1930 to the late Mae and David "Earl" Barnett Sr. He was a retired barber and municipal employee with Little Rock National Airport for 23 years, and a United States Army Veteran. He is preceded in death by his parents; four siblings; daughter, Shanda Harness, and grand-daughter, Sharae Jones. David is survived by his wife of sixty years, Sharon Barnett; son, David Barnett III (Mary); daughters, Denise Swann (Johnny), Sharon Jones, Beverly Echols (Ron), and Rachel Barnett; nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family. Visitation will be in the chapel of Moore's Cabot Funeral Home from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2015 with services beginning at 11 a.m. Arrangements under the direction of Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 700 N.
