Lyle George Shields

Lyle George Shields, 64 year old resident of Rogers, Arkansas, died September 29, 2015 at his home. Born November 10, 1950 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, he was the son of Victor and Opal (Burden) Shields. Lyle graduated high school from Gentry, Arkansas. He earned two Master's Degrees from the University of Arkansas. Lyle worked many years as a CPA and he loved to play golf. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Linda Shields. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Shields of Bentonville, Arkansas; one sister, Faye Roberts and husband Parker of Gentry, Arkansas; and many cousins. Memorial services will be 10 a.m., Friday, October 16, 2015 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas with Pastor Ronnie Bradshaw officiating.
