Emma Jean Crow, 93, of Jacksonville died Saturday, October 17, 2015. She was born September 6, 1922 in North Little Rock to the late John and Ira Loveland Herndon. Mrs. Crow was a member of First United Methodist Church of Jacksonville. She retired in 1985 after 30 years with the Cooperative Extension Service. In addition to her parents Mrs. Crow is preceded in death by her husband Arthur Wiss Crow and a brother William Lee Herndon. She is survived by her children; Rhonda Kay Crow Monroe and husband Scott of Fort Smith; Rodney Wiss Crow and Ursula Ann Crow of Jacksonville and sister-in-law, Eula Mae Herndon of Little Rock. She is also survived by four generations, 61 nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews. Memorials can be made to Grace Giving International, 1986 W. Hayden Ave., Hayden, Idaho 83835 or to the First United Methodist Church, 308 W. Main, Jacksonville, Ark. 72076. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday October 21st at First United Methodist Church of Jacksonville with Pastor Scott Shafer officiating. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery, Highway 5, Alexander, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday October 20th in the chapel of Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home.
