Hallie Que Foster Smith 83, of Little Rock, Ark., passed peacefully on October 17, 2015. Survivors include: daughter, Jackie Banks; sons, Osteria Clinton Smith, IV and LeBrum (L.J.) Smith; four brothers and eight sisters. Home going services will be held Saturday, October 24, 2015, 11 a.m., at New Hebron Baptist Church, 7615 Woodson Road, Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow at Elmlawn Cemetery. Family hour will be Friday, October 23, 2015, 5:30–6:45 p.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S. Chester St., LR (501) 372-1305.
