Rev. Lewis Langley

Rev. Lewis Langley, age 79, of Camden, passed unto his Savior's arms Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015. He was born March 16, 1936 in Camden, Ark. Rev. Langley pastored for many years and was currently attending Cullendale Assembly of God Church in Camden, where he was teaching Sunday school and preaching whenever possible. He is preceded in death by his parents, Olen and Rebecca Brooks Langley; wife, Florence Castleberry Langley; granddaughter, Jessica Byars; three brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his wife, Rose Stinnett Langley of Camden; one son, Tim (Tina) Langley of Bentonville; one stepson, Scott Clingan of Marion, La.; one daughter, Sharon Byars of Fordyce; one brother, Buddy Langley of Russellville; two sisters, Edna Seales of White Oak Lake and Thelma Humphries of Holly Springs; two sisters-in-law, Betty Kilpatrick of Camden and Daisy (Bob) Burton of Pine Bluff; four grandchildren: Allison (Steve) Chase of Bentonville, Jill Byars of Fordyce, Amber (Anthony) Rivera of Rogers, April (David) Wilson of Bentonville, two stepgrandchildren, Brett and Chris Clingan of Huttig; six great-grandchildren: Hayley, Kylee, Kamryn, Reid, Rylee-Kate, and Macee. Visitation will be Tuesday, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Bearden. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday at Cullendale Assembly of God Church in Camden with Rev.
