James Everett

James Murphy Everett, 67, died October 22, 2015, at the Circle Of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents, James M. Everett and Virginia Aikens, and his sister, Judith Everett Evans. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Linda Cellini, his sister, Charlotte Osborn, nephew, Wallace Majure III, and grand-nephews, Carson and Joshua Majure. Jim grew up in N. Atlanta and graduated from the Westminister School in 1966. He attended the American U. of Paris and Emory College. For many years Jim was a software developer for the garment industry in NYC and finished his career as a business analyst for Walmart in Arkansas. In his retirement he was a volunteer and later a part-time employee for Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Jim was an avid gardener, photographer, astronomer, gourmet cook and a lover of literature. His intense curiosity of the world around him led him down many paths of study. His kind heart, wit, and intellectualism gave joy to all who knew him. He will be missed.
