Patricia June Edgar Condon Cutsforth of Bella Vista died Oct. 25, 2015 at Willard Walker Hospice House. She was born to Paul E. Edgar and Elizabeth C. Schoonover Edgar in Fredericksburg, Iowa. She was raised and educated in New Hampton, Iowa. With her husband's 2-year schooling at the Dunwoody Industrial Institute in Minneapolis, she worked with the North Central Airlines Pilot Training Group. They later moved to Colorado. She attended the University of Colorado Real Estate School and became a Colorado Realtor. She retired from Rocky Flats Nuclear Weapons Plant of Golden, Colo. in 1992 serving in the Quality Divisions. Upon the retirements of both her and her husband Dale, they moved to Bella Vista, Ark. in 1993, joining Bella Vista Presbyterian Church in December 1993. For 21 years, she owned and operated Village Housekeeping Services, serving as a Janitor to the Lutheran church on Forrest Hills Blvd. for 10 years and the Bella Vista Presbyterian Church for 17 years. She is preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Gloria (Jack) Pierce of Great Falls, Mont.; three brothers, Jim Edgar of Waterloo, Iowa, Bob Edgar of Houston, Bill Edgar of New Hampton, Iowa; a nephew, Scott Edgar and a niece, Debbie Granneman. Patti is survived by her husband, Dale, of 53 years; a daughter, Catt August of Gravette, Ark.; a son, Jami Cutsforth of Gray, Ga.; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; one sister, Bonnie (Lowell) Granneman of Waverly, Iowa; and eight nieces and 10 nephews. A memorial service will be held at the Bella Vista Presbyterian Church on Oct. 29 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to The Bella Vista Animal Shelter or Horses for Healing.
