Rodney Dale Camp

Rodney "Dale" Camp passed away Sunday, October 25, 2015 at the age of 65. Dale was born February 25, 1950 in Littlefield, Texas to Joe and Dorothy Camp. He married the love of his life and wife of 45 years, Charmel, in Lubbock, Texas, where they lived until moving to Carlisle, Arkansas. He spent the last 20 years of his life on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Dale found happiness and fulfillment in providing for his family. He spent more than 30 years working for Fresno Valves as a salesman and district manager. He worked hard and lived life to the fullest, being "Paw-paw" to his grandkids, cooking and entertaining for his family and friends and sitting on the deck enjoying the lake. Dale is preceded in death by his mother and father and his son, Ryan Dale. Survivors include his wife, Charmel; children, Stacia and Lance Travis and Jeffrey and Amy Camp both of Cabot, and Justin Camp of Hot Springs; grandchildren, Lauren, Ryan, Maddie, Macie and Audrey Bear; and a multitude of friends who loved him like family. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel. Guests may register at www.caruth-hale.com.
