Norma Jean Sisemore Noble

Norma Jean Sisemore Noble, daughter of James Robert and Mable McCalla Sisemore, was born March 21, 1929, in DeWitt, Arkansas. She departed this life Monday, August 17, 2015 at her home in Lebanon, Missouri at the age of eighty-six years, four months and 27 days. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband and father of her children William (Bill) Schallhorn, and her husband Erwin G. Noble; her brothers, James Louis (Pete) Sisemore, Beryl (Cowboy) Sisemore, Sr. and Rudell Sisemore and a sister, Odetta Sisemore Riley. Norma Jean is survived by a daughter, Dee Ann McCoo, and a son, Billy Day Schallhorn of Lebanon, Missouri, two brothers, Noel L. (Sonny) Sisemore and wife, Flora, and Charles G. (Buddy) Sisemore of DeWitt, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Nicholas, Jessica and Andrew, three great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and many other relatives and dear friends. She spent her younger years living in DeWitt and was a graduate of DeWitt High School where she was a majorette in the marching band. She moved to Lebanon to make her home in the 1970's and spent time working in various capacities throughout her life. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and will treasure the many wonderful memories she has created for her family and dear friends. The family would like to recognize and extend appreciation to two special friends and caregivers, Cliff and Louise Burns. Funeral services were held August 29th in Lebanon, Missouri with Holman-Howe Funeral Home in charge. Graveside services will be held at DeWitt Cemetery at a later date.
