Mary Alice Mosley was born September 7, 1943 in Hope, Arkansas and passed away August 24, 2015 in Gig Harbor, Washington shortly after being diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. Mary Alice was a 1961 graduate of Hope High School and had a lifetime bond with her classmates. She was also a 1965 graduate of Henderson State University and an elementary school teacher for many years. She recently retired from the Georgia State Department of Labor. She loved the Lord and was an active member of Roswell St. Baptist Church in Marietta, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Val Mosley. She is survived by her daughter, Marian Berejikian and husband Barry of Gig Harbor, Washington; brother, Joe Mosley and wife Deborah of Benton, Louisiana; sister, Marti Mosley of Little Rock, Arkansas; grandson, Brendan Berejikian (stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina) and granddaughter, Cayla Berejikian of Gig Harbor, Washington. She is also survived by uncle and aunt, Jimmy and Mary Arnold of DeAnn, Arkansas and many cousins and friends who were very supportive during her illness. Visitation will precede funeral service at 10 a.m. September 5, 2015 at Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home. Services for Mary Alice Mosley of Marietta, Georgia will be held at 11 a.m. on September 5, 2015 at Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home with Pastor Stan Parris officiating. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
