Eric A. Murray

Eric A. Murray died at home on September 1, 2015 in Avilla, Ark. at the age of 88. He was born September 25, 1926 in Birmingham, England to Henry and Henrietta Murray. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Lucy, their four sons Thomas (Elene) of Avilla, Ark., Steven (Judy) of Walkerton, Ind., Andrew (Kathy) of Dundas, Minn., and Jonathan (Donna) of Dousman, Wis., ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by grandson Tommy. Eric will be remembered for his lifelong positive outlook on life, his love of the natural world, and living by the motto: "Do your best, and to yourself be true". In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations, in Eric's memory, to benefit youth, such as "The Res", 13950 Scout Lane, Mishawaka, Ind. 46544.
