Mary Jane Dollarhide (Big Mama) passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at the age of 86. She passed due to complications from heart surgery. Mary Jane Dollarhide was a woman of sparkle, courage, strength, kindness, wisdom and fun – she made a positive impression on countless lives. She worked for Stanley Home Products for over 50 years. She was also the matriarch of a loving family who adore her. A direct descendent of Davy Crockett, Big Mama was audacious, with her red lipstick, jewelry and bright clothes. She had the "gift of talking" and was never more comfortable than being the center of attention at any gathering. She never met a stranger. Big Mama was "one of a kind." She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack (Big Daddy) and infant son, Joey. She is survived by sons Bill (Sharon) Dollarhide; Jack Robin (Paula) Dollarhide; and daughter Roxane (Doug) Baldauf; Sister-in-law Sandy Dollarhide (Chris and Shannon); Grandchildren: Jack (Kelly) Dollarhide; Amanda (Charles) Williams; Amy (Chris) Youngblood; Joe (Stase) Dollarhide; Angela (Mike) Phipps and Zak (Alisande) Glover. Great-grandchildren: Abby, Josh, Putter, Gunner, Amberli, Hayli, Roan, Finn, Mary Rose, William, Jack Henry and Anna; and great-great-grandchild Pepper.
