Jerry Lee Booth

Jerry Lee Booth of Rogers passed away on September 6, 2015. He was born on August 30, 1948 in Rogers to Jesse and Opal Booth. Survivors include his wife, Doris; children, Tim Booth (Kristy) of Alma, Jessica Caulkins (Rob) of Pea Ridge; stepchildren Keith Garms (Jaime), Keri Wilson (Wes), both of Centerton; sisters Judy and Dianna; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be from 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, at First Baptist Church Hiwasse. Funeral services will begin at 11:30. Burial will follow in Bentonville Cemetery. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, may be made to Circle of Life at 901 Jones Road, Springdale 72762, or to the church at 13512 AR-72, Hiwasse 72739.
