Chester Lee Penny, 81, of Chicago, Ill., died Sept. 3, 2015. Memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 19, at St. Peter A.M.E. Church in McGehee. Time: 3 p.m. Daughter, Jacqueline Penny, Little Rock and grandson, Warren Lee Strickland of Little Rock.
