Sister Sarah Butler Sanders, the youngest of twelve children born on November 30, 1954 to the late Mose Butler Sr. and Dora Watson Butler in Cato, Arkansas. She made a peaceful transition on September 20, 2015 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. She attended Harris High School until the 10th grade, later transferring to Sylvan Hill High School graduating May 26, 1972. Sarah went on to further her education at Philander Smith College in Little Rock, Arkansas, receiving a Bachelor's degree in business administration in 1977. She began her Work career with the Transportation Commission and retiring from the Arkansas Highway and Transportation department in 2012. Sarah leaves to cherish her memory two devoted sons, Derrick Butler and Rodney (Erika) Sanders; three brothers, Marion (Juanita) Butler, Therman (Wanda) Butler and Harrell (Debra) Butler: one sister, Bobbie (Lucious) Sanders: two grandsons: Derrick Jr. and Devin Butler: two granddaughters, Kennedy and Madison Sanders and a host of nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends. Funeral Services, 11 a.m., Saturday, September 26, 2015, St. Peter's Rock Baptist Church, 10914 Frenchman Mountain Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas, 72120.
