William Floyd "Harbo" Harbison, 62, of Hamburg, died Monday, September 21, 2015 at the Ashley County Medical Center in Crossett. Mr. Harbison was a native and life long resident of Hamburg. He graduated from Hamburg High School in 1971. He was a farmer; a drummer extraordinaire and a member of the First Baptist Church. He was an avid duck and turkey hunter and he made life long friends through his music and hunting brothers. He is preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Harbison in 1999. He is survived by his loving companion, Debbie Ross of Hamburg; a beloved son, Allen Ross and wife, Monica, of Stillwater, Oklahoma; his mother and step-father, Bettye James Harbison Anderson and Ron Anderson, of Morrilton; a sister, Bettejo Harbison; a niece, Laurin Miles and husband, Stephen, all of Hot Springs; two great-nephews, Jaxon & Alex; a great-niece, Amelia and two cousins, James & John Harbison. Funeral services are 2 p.m., Thursday, September 24, 2015 at the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jeremy Mills and Allen Ross officiating. Burial will be in the Hamburg Cemetery. Pallbearers are Seth Hill, Chester Huntsman, Darrell Stewart, Ted Richardson, Bryan Watkins and Cody Brooks. Honorary pallbearers are Slik Nickel and Jimbo Ralph. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home of Hamburg.
