Richard G. Eckl, 72, of North Little Rock, Ark., passed away on March 20, 2016. He is survived by his sister, Wanda Hamilton of Litchfield Park, Arizona and brother, Roger Eckl, of North Little Rock, Ark., as well as other family and friends. The family will have a private service.
