Arlen "Wayne" Winn

ARLEN "WAYNE" WINN, 84, of North Little Rock, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2016. He was born July 24, 1931 in Paragould, Ark. to Clines and Verna Winn. He was a member of the North Little Rock Fraternal Order of Police. Wayne was a retired Captain with the North Little Rock Police Department. He is survived by his daughter, Linda Wilson; his grandson, Jason; his nephew, Bill Winn (Risa); and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Jeanette Winn; parents; son, Larry Wayne Winn; and brother, Bill Winn. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 201 Markham Center Drive, Little Rock, AR 72205. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, April 12 at Smith–North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street. Burial will follow in Edgewood Memorial Park.
