Don Rash

Don Rash, 78, of Dumas, passed away on April 13, 2016 in Lake Village. Don was born on June 3, 1937 in Hot Springs and was the son of the late, Albert D. and Elsie I. Fikes Rash. Don was a member of First United Methodist Church in Dumas, Dumas Jaycee's, Optimist Club, Desha Fair Board, Historical Society, Ding Dong Daddy 1992 and Sheriffs Patrol and served in the United State Navy. Don was owner and artist of Don's Sign's. Survivors are his wife, Karen Rash of Dumas and three daughters, Donna (Eddie) Curry of Monticello, Terri Redman of Lowell and Carol (Kelley) Rash of Benton, five grandchildren, Jake, Erin, Austin, Cody and Nici and one great-granddaughter, Annie. Visitation held from 3-4 p.m., Friday prior to Memorial services beginning at 4 p.m., Friday April 15, 2016 both held at First United Methodist Church in Dumas with Dr. Tandy Hanson officiating.
