Rex A. Wilkins went to be with the Lord on April 13, 2016. He was born on November 22, 1951 to George L.B. and Dorothy Wilkins. He was the proud owner of Wilkins Construction which constructed buildings such as, Esther D. Nixon Library in Jacksonville, Wingo Hall at UCA in Conway, and numerous Department of Defense facilities. He was preceded in death by his father, George L.B. Wilkins. Rex is survived by his wife of 30 years, Pamela Wilkins; three daughters, Heather Dawn Hayes (Byron), Heather Lynn Kramer (Jaycob) and Anna Tucker (Charlie); seven grandchildren, Hank, Lily, Jude, Ezra, Bailey, Max and Phoenix; his mother, Dorothy Wilkins; two sisters, Lisa Garrison and Shirley Wilson. In lieu of flowers you may make donations to Hospice of Central Arkansas, 1403 Central Ave., Hot Springs, Ark. 71901. A private service will be held for family only.
